Prof. Kay Hailbronner has been professor for Public Law, International Law and European Law at the University of Konstanz. In 1994, he has founded the Research Centre “European and International Immigration and Asylum Law” of which he is a co-director since 2010.

Prof. Daniel Thym is professor for Public Law, International Law and European Law at the University of Konstanz and co-director of the Research Centre “European and International Immigration and Asylum Law” (FZAA). He is principal investigator of the Center of Excellence and recently fellow of the Institute for Advanced Study Konstanz (April–September 2016).
